Cheryl completed her 200 Hour RYT at Sangha Studio in Burlington, Vermont. She has a passion to make yoga accessible for all through her genuine love and commitment to the practice, and by creating safe asana sequences that take into account varying levels. She encourages students to really listen to their bodies and do what is right for them, whether considering a challenge pose or easing into the peaceful stillness of a pose. She seeks to use the tools within the yoga practice to help people find peace with their emotions or from everyday stress. Her related passion is to help people take care of their bodies to see improvements in areas of balance, strength, and flexibility. Her growing love for the practice combined with its impact on her, inspired her to learn how to share it with others!
